Ordinarily completed on-site at your school, we've digitised the session to allow access to those students participating in remote online learning.
Here's an overview of what you need to know:
1. The session is ran entirely online, but is ran live with your students. We use Zoom webinar to run the session. We have had success using Google Meet (our second preference) and Microsoft Teams (our third preference) for this session as well.
2. It is an interactive session, with >25 exam-style polling questions for students to complete throughout, as well as live Q&A where students can type questions and get live answers.
3. The session will show a pre-recorded VO2 max and wingate test, which will act as U3 revision and provide the pre-testing data we'll use for the rest of the session.
4. After the conclusion of the tests, we pull up the pre and post-training data to discuss unit 4 content including chronic adaptations, aerobic and anaerobic training methods, and critique the training program completed using training principles.
5. The session itself runs for 90 minutes, give or take a bit pending your availability.
